Each learner team will include a dedicated project manager.
- Submit a project here for our team to review.
- Once approved, you will be matched with a team of 5 participants.
- Projects should start by May 28 and must be completed within 4-7 weeks (by July 18)
Learners
Deliverables will vary depending on the project scope. At the conclusion of the project you will have assets that can be used to further your business goals.
Given the short, remote nature of this program we require a project-based experience. Please provide a concrete scope for the participant’s work and limit their work to a specific project.
If you choose to use a template from our library, ensure that you have added as much context for your business needs as possible.
Project Examples
Requirements
Projects should be 25 hours in length per participant and are to be completed over 2-4 weeks. Each project should require the contributions of 5 participants (max. 125 hours in total).

- Design a dashboard for visualizing key performance indicators
Digital Marketing & E-Commerce
- Digital marketing and e-commerce strategies attracting and engaging customers through digital marketing channels incl. search, social media, and email marketing
- Optimize a marketing plan focused on social media, SEO, paid search
- Marketing analytics and sharing insights
- Building e-commerce stores, analyzing performance, and growing customer loyalty
- Marketing automation software for targeted digital marketing strategy including segmentation and automations
Business Strategy
- Strategy development for product launch
- Comprehensive market analysis for business expansion
- Customer feedback integration for strategic business decisions
- Product lifecycle management and strategy enhancement
- Cost optimization strategy
- Product roadmapping
- Pricing model development
