teamwork critical thinking communication data analysis research- Are you working with a team looking to increase its effectiveness and resilience?
- Do you feel the need to reflect on your next strategic priorities?
- Are you looking to develop new skills and capacities with your stakeholders and members?
- Do you need new insights into the experiences, perspectives and priorities of your stakeholders?
Then you may be interested to explore collaborating with a team of human relations students...
Through the involvement of our students, organizations can often :
- Work on special projects they may not normally have the time or capacity to engage in,
- Build effective teams with improved collaboration capacity,
- Clarify their impact and refine their strategic vision;
- Address collaborative challenges that hinder the organization capacity to deliver its work or live its values;
The deliverables will be agreed upon with the organization, as part of a contract with the students. They will depend on the nature of the project, but participating organizations can typically expect:
- Some initial conversations with the student teams to refine the framing and intention of the project you are looking for support with and help the students better understand the context,
- A work plan towards the clarified intended outcomes;
- The design of one or several participative activities involving the stakeholders in your team, organization or community;
- The facilitation of said activities;
- A report on the work done and the results;
- A final feedback conversation.
