This experiential course is designed as the graduation (Capstone) project for learners of CBU post-bacc diploma in Healthcare Management. Add on it is intended for learners to show the business skills* acquired from studied modules and electives, carefully tailored for Healthcare sector. Through their skills in this interesting unique sector, they will be able to help your organization to resolve issues, address needs, and refine the decision making process, within a context of precise research in the industry, detailed data analysis, leading to a specific case study or a project to address those issues or needs.

Expected outcomes and deliverables

Deliverables for this Capstone Project:—


Learners are expected to join their educator bi-weekly meeting, to discuss the matched

Projects, organizations profiles, the road map to address those projects, and allocating responsibilities among teams, and decide on team leaders.


Every three weeks of research and work on the project, a 10 minutes presentation is delivered to their educator and the designated organization they are working with.


A final paper is to be presented by the end of the Capstone project ( length TBD)
