Project Examples

You are looking to bring about a company change but are nervous about how to start given the historical company ethos of "this is the way we've always done it". You know this is not helpful but are not sure how to create a sense of urgency to bring about the necessary changes internally.

You recently implemented a change in your company and now want to review the impacts on different areas of the business and how that marries up to the company vision.

You are mid-way through an internal process change and you want an outside perspective on how this change is going and if there is anything that could make the rest of the change go smoother.

Companies must answer the following questions to submit a match request to this experience:

A representative of the company will be available to answer questions from students in a timely manner for the duration of the project.

A representative of the company will be available for a pre-selection discussion with the administrator of the course to review the project scope.
