Just wrapped up my second term with CNV, and once again, it was an incredible experience that pushed me to grow both creatively and professionally. This term, I was able to take on a bigger role than in my first, which challenged me in the best way possible. One of the biggest highlights was learning how to use Photoshop, a skill that I had little experience with before. By the end of my term, I had gained a level of comfort and confidence with the software that not only helped me contribute more to CNV but has also become a major asset for my own brand. What really stood out to me was the support and mentorship I received. Even when I made mistakes, Santiago was always there to guide me through the process, ensuring that I learned from every challenge rather than feeling discouraged. His leadership style fosters growth, creativity, and accountability—things that I truly admire and appreciate. Looking back, this experience has been invaluable. I’ve not only gained technical skills but also a deeper understanding of the creative industry and how to adapt, problem-solve, and push myself to improve. I couldn’t recommend this company or Santiago as a leader more highly, as long as you’re willing to work hard, stay open to learning, and challenge yourself to grow. Excited to take everything I’ve learned and continue building on it moving forward!
