Once again, Dawson has proven to be an exemplary Riipen student in completing Phase 5 of developing operational efficiencies for the Social Innovation Institute. He takes initiative, is a fast-learner, asks for help when he needs it, and communicates incredibly well. He has my highest recommendation.
