This project was completed to perfection. Joean was an exemplary student & staff member. She was able to deliver all required tasks on time and above expectations. Joean has a warm and friendly demeanor. Joean is a very organized and self motivated team member that requires no supervision. She understands how to delegate responsibilities to her team mates as well. I have had regular one on one meetings with Joean in order to provide feedback to her. She accepts constructive advice and makes every effort to correct any issues with expediency. I would like to extend this program timeline with Joean if possible. Please provide me with some options on how to continue working with her within my not for profit. Thank you for giving me this opportunity to work with such a wonderful and capable student.
