The past four weeks have been an eye-opening and incredible journey. Initially uncertain about joining the IDP, I questioned whether I should opt out. However, I chose to keep an open mind and commit to the program regardless of the outcome. From the first meeting with my team and Ada Analytics founder, Dr. Ray Hsu, I felt reassured that I had made the right choice. Having the opportunity to engage directly with a company's CEO and exchange ideas with him is a rare privilege, adding immense value to this project.  Dr. Ray's openness and receptiveness, coupled with the anticipation of every Zoom meeting, knowing that each one would bring new insights, have been truly exciting. Collaborating with two amazing designers has been a highlight of this journey. Through all the late nights, pixel pushing, and head-scratching, our collective efforts have resulted in something impactful for Ada Analytics. I can only hope that future teammates are as hardworking, collaborative, and enjoyable to work with. The IDP has left an indelible mark on me, and I am grateful for the opportunity to have been a part of it.
