Project feedback
Collaborating with Morphace Skincare Wearables on the Iterative 3D Printing Process Optimization project was a rewarding experience, allowing for the application of advanced manufacturing principles in personalized healthcare wearables. The engaged team prioritized comfort, scalability, and efficiency, aligning with the CAML program's focus on problem-solving.
During the 2-week sprint, I:
Conducted workflow analysis in the 3D printing pipeline
Evaluated trade-offs in material behavior, print speed, and flexibility
Proposed improvements to infill patterns, support strategies, and post-processing
Reflected on design and manufacturing impacts on user comfort and scalability
This project enhanced my understanding of additive manufacturing challenges in biomedicine and improved my skills in rapid prototyping and design thinking. I appreciate Morphace's commitment to innovation and user-centred design, making this a standout experience, a special thanks to Jia for the collaboration, and punctuality to all the meetings & excellent way to know more about Riipen Projects and Agile / Hybrid approaches too!!
