Working with the marketing students was a pleasure and a positive experience for our business. The students were very open to learning about our business, including what we do, how we do it, and most importantly why we do it. This upfront and professional approach allowed the LevelUp participants to then work through our online presence (website, blog, social media) as well as our paid ads (Google Ads and Facebook Ads) to help ensure that our branding, image, positioning, and goals were in line with our efforts. Through this patient, thorough, and well thought out approach, our business received recommendations and implemented changes that will help to improve our website, social media profiles, and our paid ads. The work from this Riipen LevelUp program and the students was timely, courteous, and valuable for improving our business' marketing efforts.
