Excellent communication and fair expectations of the team members. Clear directions and great feedback/response time on any questions about the project. I had no issues in finding the documentation I needed or the GUI designs I was searching for. Project deliverable was incredibly clear from the very start and the weekly check-in meetings provided a great point of contact with the manager for updates and questions.
