IndiGrowth Health & Wellness is a Canadian health and wellness company that currently has two license applications pending approval for Class III Natural Health Products with Health Canada. We want to increase our offering to include a services platform that consists of Health Coaching and Licensed Profession Counseling. We want help from students to build the framework for our platform which will be compliant with both HIPPA and PIPEDA. We will be using a third party, Medstack, for our regulatory compliance and cyber security and the platform will link with our existing E-Commerce website.

1. Review a business plan for the services platform and make suggestions to improve upon the existing document
2. Help to build the framework for our managerial structure based on specific platform needs (example - payroll, HR, Service Providers, Directors)

The designated point of contact is located in Victoria BC and is avalaible from 4am PST until 6amPST or 5;30pm PST until 9pm PST once per week and on weekends if needed.
