Canadian Contractor Services currently lacks clear insight into the impact of its social media campaigns, with limited feedback only coming through client inquiries. The goal is to evaluate current social media strategies and provide recommendations for enhancing marketing efforts, driving brand awareness, and increasing customer engagement.

Develop a Value Proposition Statement:


Clearly articulate the company's unique value in the market to align the social media strategy with business objectives.

Create Process Maps:


Customer Journey/Empathy Map: Understand and document the customer's experience from discovering the company to engaging with services.

Social Media Process Map: Define and document the current social media content creation, posting, and feedback loop processes.

Explore Technology Options:

Investigate digital marketing tools for automation, analytics, and customer engagement.

Assess application integration options to link social media efforts with existing CRM systems (Zoho One).

Identify Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):

Establish metrics such as engagement rates, lead generation, customer conversion rates, and overall return on investment (ROI) for social media campaigns.

Options Analysis and Recommendations:


Analyze different improvement options using decision matrices and recommend actionable changes for better social media marketing results.

Draft Project Plan:


Develop a detailed project plan outlining milestones, deliverables, and timelines for implementing social media improvements.

Identify Bottlenecks and Mitigation Strategies:

Evaluate current obstacles in the social media process and recommend strategies to overcome them, improving efficiency and performance.
