The main goal for the project is to conduct research on market trends and create engaging content to increase our social media presence

Deliverables


1. Project Planning and Task Division

Time allocation: 4 hours (2 hours per person)


Define the project scope, focusing on researching market trends, creating engaging mental health-related content, and applying growth tactics to increase social media presence

Divide tasks based on strengths (e.g., market research, content creation, social media growth strategies, SEO)

Develop a timeline with milestones for each task: research, content creation, SEO implementation, and growth tracking


2. Market Trends Research

Time allocation: 18 hours (9 hours per person for research)


Conduct thorough market research to identify the latest trends in mental health and psychology on social media

Identify popular topics, hashtags, and content types that resonate with audiences interested in mental health

Analyze competitor social media accounts to understand their engagement strategies

Research target demographics, including mental health professionals, students, and individuals seeking mental health support

Summarize key findings that will inform content creation and social media marketing strategies


3. Social Media Content Creation (40-50 Posts)

Time allocation: 40 hours (20 hours per person for content creation)


Create 40-50 social media posts related to mental health, ensuring content is engaging, informative, and aligns with the current trends identified during research

Focus on different types of content such as educational posts, tips, motivational quotes, and user engagement content (e.g., polls, questions, etc.)

Ensure content is visually appealing and includes appropriate graphics or images

Use a consistent voice aligned with mental health best practices and sensitive to the topic's nature

Incorporate relevant hashtags, keywords, and SEO strategies to enhance visibility

Plan content to be distributed across platforms (e.g., Instagram, Facebook, Twitter)


4. Incorporating SEO and Growth Tactics

Time allocation: 18 hours (9 hours per person for SEO and growth strategies)


Apply SEO best practices to social media posts by using targeted keywords and optimizing captions, hashtags, and post titles for better reach

Research and implement growth tactics to increase engagement and followers, such as:

Collaborating with influencers or other mental health organizations

Using paid advertising or sponsored posts to reach a wider audience

Implementing regular posting schedules and user interaction strategies (e.g., responding to comments, creating shareable content)

Analyzing insights and metrics to adjust strategies and maximize growth

Monitor social media growth using platform analytics and adjust tactics based on performance data


5. Tracking and Reporting Social Media Growth

Time allocation: 12 hours (6 hours per person for tracking and reporting)


Track and analyze the performance of social media posts using platform analytics (e.g., Instagram Insights, Facebook Analytics)

Provide regular reports on growth, engagement, and follower increase

Include metrics such as likes, shares, comments, click-through rates, and follower growth

Identify which types of posts generated the most engagement and use these insights to refine future content strategies

Summarize growth tactics used and how they contributed to the increased following and engagement


6. Final Report and Presentation

Time allocation: 10 hours (5 hours per person for report and presentation)


Prepare a final report summarizing:

The key market trends identified and how they informed the content creation process

The social media content created, including types of posts and engagement results


Growth tactics applied and their effectiveness in increasing followers and engagement

Recommendations for future content strategies and growth initiatives

Prepare a presentation showcasing the content created, growth results, and key takeaways

Include visuals such as post examples, growth graphs, and key metrics to highlight success


7. Final Submission Package

Time allocation: 6 hours (3 hours per person for finalizing)


Organize and submit all deliverables, including:

The final social media content (with screenshots or examples of posts)


Growth reports and insights into tactics used

The final report and presentation materials


Ensure all files are clearly named, well-organized, and ready for review
