Project scope
What is the main goal for this project?

Kunye is enabling borderless financial collaboration! We provide a range of financial products and services, including remittances, crowdfunding, gifting, and merchant payment.

We are looking to design an admin portal for our mobile app that allows app administrators to manage user data, transaction data, security settings, and other critical components of the app.

Project Objectives:

  • User Management: manage user accounts, including creating new accounts, deactivating accounts, and resetting passwords.
  • Transaction Management: view and manage transaction data, including search, sort, filter, and export capabilities.
  • Security Settings: manage security settings for the app, including password policies, access controls, two-factor authentication, and session management.
  • Analytics: real-time analytics and insights into app usage, user behaviour, transaction volumes, and other vital metrics.
  • Support: allows users to submit tickets and request assistance from the support team.
What tasks will learners need to complete to achieve the project goal?

Activities and Deliverables:

  • Requirements Documentation that outlines the features, functionality, and user experience of the admin portal.
  • A well-defined information architecture that organizes the content and functionality of the portal in a logical and intuitive manner.
  • Wireframes that depict the layout, navigation, and user interface of the portal.
  • Interactive prototypes that demonstrate the functionality and user experience of the portal.
  • Design assets, including colour palettes, typography, iconography, and other visual elements, that maintain brand consistency and enhance the user experience.
  • User testing report that summarizes the feedback and insights gained from testing the prototypes with end users.

Project Timeline:

The project timeline is estimated to be eight weeks:

  • Requirements Gathering and Documentation: Two weeks.
  • Information Architecture and Wireframing: Two weeks.
  • Prototyping and User Testing: Three weeks.
  • Design Assets and Deliverables: One week.
