Additionally, the project aims to help create an inventory database in Excel for tracking and set up a fulfillment process for the company's ecommerce site.
Analyze Current Shipping Costs:
- Review and analyze existing shipping processes and costs.
- Identify inefficiencies and areas for potential cost savings.
Develop Cost-Effective Strategies:
- Research and propose strategies to reduce shipping costs.
Streamline Operations:
- Assess the current processes for purchase orders, Canadian broker fees, and freight.
- Design and implement streamlined workflows to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
Fulfillment Process for Ecommerce Site:
- Analyze the current fulfillment process for the ecommerce site.
- Develop a comprehensive fulfillment plan that includes order processing, packaging, shipping, and tracking.
