Wew are in a very competitive industry that is required to constantly onboard and attract new clients, as the services are one off engagements. Our product/service is very homogeneous and it can be difficult to differentiate from the competition. Marketing strategy and tactics is the sole difference between growth and success or lacklustre results.

This will include:

  • review of competitive landscape, identify all competitors and the many marketing tactics in the market
  • Detailed review of my company's advertising, effectiveness of each medium, brand and theme assessment.
  • develop profile of typical client to understand their decision making and the emotions used to make purchase decision

Deliverables
  • competittive landscape assessment (mostly on-line), analysis of gaps in the marketing startegy and suggestions for improvements
  • review of design and effectiveness of marketing assets
  • discussions with owner and maybe clients about triggers customers to act, and why they made the choices they made
Mentorship

Students will connect directly with the employer for mentorship and supervision throughout the project. Employer will work with students to explain vision, marketing philosophy, ideas for deliverables. Employer will explain typical client profile and the psychological biases that affect potential clients. Feedback and results tracked for each project.
