The main goal for the project is to utilize healthcare subject matter expertise to develop and upgrade our practice management software Appmaxcare's functionality that will improve the efficiency and effectiveness of health care clinics/agencies.

This will involve several different steps for the learners, including:

- Conducting research on the specific needs and challenges faced by healthcare professionals in managing their practices.

- Collaborating with healthcare professionals to understand their workflows and pain points.

- Designing and helping to develop user-friendly interface for the Appmaxcare that aligns with the unique requirements of healthcare professionals.

- Testing the Appmaxcare for usability, performance, and scalability.

- Providing training and support for healthcare professionals to effectively use the Appmaxcare in their practices.

By the end of the project, learners should complete the following tasks:

- Research report on the needs and challenges of healthcare professionals in practice management.

- Provide inputs for User interface design of the Appmaxcare.

- Training materials and user documentation for healthcare professionals.

Final deliverables:

- User manual and training materials.

- Final presentation slides and a demonstration video of the Appmaxcare.

Dedicated staff will be assigned to all the learners.

Access to required data and software tools will be available as required.
