The main goal for the project is to develop a Client Intake & Assessment Feature for The Clean Divorce platform. This feature should streamline the process of gathering necessary information from clients and assessing their needs during the divorce process. The feature should be user-friendly, comprehensive, and aligned with the company's mission to empower and support families during critical times.


This will involve several different steps for the team, including:


- Initial meetings to understand the specific requirements and goals for the Client Intake & Assessment Feature.


- Designing the user interface and user experience for the feature, ensuring it is intuitive and supportive for clients going through the divorce process.


- Developing the backend system to securely store and manage client information, as well as automate the assessment process based on predefined criteria.


- Testing the feature with real users and making improvements based on feedback.


- Integrating the feature into The Clean Divorce platform and providing necessary training for staff to use it effectively.


Deliverables

By the end of the project, the following tasks should be complete:


- A comprehensive report detailing the requirements and the design decisions made for the Client Intake & Assessment Feature.


- A fully functional prototype of the feature, including the user interface, backend system, and automation of the assessment process.


- Test results and user feedback analysis, along with a plan for further improvements.


- Integration of the feature into The Clean Divorce platform & documentation for staff training.



Final deliverables:


- Source code and documentation for the Client Intake & Assessment Feature.


- A detailed report on the development process, including challenges faced and solutions implemented.


- A presentation to the company stakeholders showcasing the feature and its benefits for clients and staff.

Mentorship

We will provide students with all materials required. They will have full access to our site and any tools required. We will set up weekly meetings, make ourselves fully available and give them 24/7 access to our iT support.

Parental alienation is rising along with mental illness and studies indicate that teenage suicide is directly linked to family breakdown. The divorce process is inherently destabilizing - people feel overwhelmed, hopeless, and "divorce crazy." a term often used in amongst Family lawyers . Rates of domestic violence rise over 80% during relationship breakdown. T.C.D. is an integrated system that focuses on prevention in a simple way empowering and supporting families during these critical times.
