The main goal for the project is to assist Preeminent Management Ltd. in researching and applying for grants that will benefit their small business clients. This will involve several different steps for the learners, including:

- Researching available grants for small businesses.

- Analyzing the eligibility criteria and application requirements for each grant.

- Assisting in the preparation of grant applications, including writing proposals and gathering necessary documentation.

- Ensuring that all grant applications are submitted by the deadlines.

By the end of the project, learners should complete the following tasks:

- A comprehensive list of available grants for small businesses.

- An analysis of the eligibility criteria and application requirements for each grant.

- Completed grant applications for selected grants, including written proposals and all necessary documentation.

Final deliverables should include:

- A report detailing the research process, the selected grants, and the completed applications.

- Log progress report via company system.

Students will be offered in-person and well as pre-recorded training videos to help with the onboarding process. Our operation system offers a workflow that will guide students along the way. Operational manual will be available as well.
