We would like to collaborate with students to support our market research efforts. The students will play a pivotal role in helping us gain a better understanding of the challenges faced by our target audience, assessing the impact of these challenges, and exploring alternative solutions.


This project provides a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in conducting comprehensive market research, developing strategic insights, and contributing to the decision-making processes within our organization.

Deliverables

Specific tasks to be completed by the students include the following:


1. Comprehensive Problem Understanding:

  • Conduct in-depth research to gain a thorough understanding of the challenges and issues our target audience faces.
  • Explore the nuances of the problem to inform strategic decision-making.


2. Impact Assessment on Target Audience:

  • Analyze how the identified problem affects our target audience both quantitatively and qualitatively.
  • Seek insights into the emotional, financial, and practical implications for a more nuanced understanding.
  • Assess how our target audience perceives our solution, identifying strengths, weaknesses, and areas for improvement.


3. Identification of Alternative Solutions:

  • Research and compile information on alternative approaches or solutions to the identified problem.
  • Provide a comparative analysis of different methods our target audience may consider for issue resolution.


4. Strategic Insights for Problem Resolution:

  •  Synthesize research findings into actionable insights that guide the development of strategic initiatives.
  • Provide recommendations based on a holistic understanding of the problem and its impact.



Research Methodology:

  • Utilize a variety of data sources, such as surveys, interviews, and industry reports, to gather comprehensive information.
  • Implement a systematic and structured approach to data collection and analysis.
  • Ensure a well-rounded data set that encapsulates different perspectives on the problem.


Key deliverables include:


A detailed market research report including an executive summary outlining the research objectives, methodology, and the key findings and recommendations.

Students will connect directly with us for mentorship throughout the project. We will be able to provide answers to questions such as:

  • Our current understanding of the market
  • Input on choices, problems or anything else the students might encounter.
