Details

We are looking for project management help in executing our first ever gala and auction. This will be an entirely virtual event. The specific focus of this project will involve the online the online auction process from A to Z.

We believe this project will include:

  • Sourcing and recommending an online auction portal
  • Setting up the Inform Your Community profile in the portal
  • Handle/assign data management and set up for 2022 auction items including images
  • Advise about best practices to close out the auction
  • Assist with advertising creation

Mentorship

Students will be directly supervised and mentored by the Development Committee Chair or the CEO directly depending on project and number of students. With a CEO who was a college professor for fifteen years, Inform Your Community is committed to making any student related opportunities valuable and rewarding learning experiences.
