To provide virtual workshops focused on professional and personal growth for young girls and women who have been affected by adverse circumstances in life due to no fault of their own. Our mission is to Educate, Inspire and Empower them to move into positions of leadership within their communities or career. This is a not for profit organization that offer all programs at no cost

Deliverables


Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a social media strategy that aligns with the organization's mission and goals
  • Manage and grow the organization's social media presence on various platforms, including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn
  • Create engaging and shareable content that resonates with the organization's target audience
  • Monitor and respond to social media comments and messages in a timely and professional manner
  • Collaborate with other members of the organization to ensure consistent messaging across all platforms
  • Develop and implement social media campaigns to promote events, fundraisers, and other initiatives
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends and tools and make recommendations for how the organization can leverage them
  • Analyze social media metrics and make data-driven decisions to improve the organization's social media presence

Mentorship
  • Experts will provide mentoring and training to the students assigned to this project
  • we will have weekly meeting to discuss strategy and program implementation
  • We provide assessments to students on a weekly / monthly basis
  • Weekly and Bi weekly coaching meetings with founder
  • We will assign a mentor from our team to each student
  • Bi weekly team meetings will be held for all team mates to participate in?
