Details

Our company is looking to revamp and update our promotional materials by creating new brochures. This effort aims to refresh our marketing assets while maintaining alignment with our existing branding.

This may involve:

  • Developing a new brochure template that adheres to our current branding, including fonts, colors, logo usage, and imagery.
  • Meeting with the project manager to review and refine the brochure design, ensuring it aligns with our branding goals.
  • Designing and presenting thumbnails for various brochure layouts based on the branding guide, to be included in a proposal and presented to the project manager.
  • Executing the final brochure designs using Canva, based on the approved thumbnails.
  • Creating multiple thumbnail options with different color schemes, following the branding guide.

Deliverables

By the end of the project, students should complete the following activities:

  • Developed a new brochure template that dictates the use of fonts, colours, and imagery.
  • Met with the project manager to discuss the brochure design and implement any required changes.
  • Presented a proposal of brochure design thumbnails to the project manager for approval.
  • Created the final brochure designs using Canva or any other relevant design software.

Bonus steps would include:

  • Including multiple thumbnails with different colour schemes based on the colours in the branding guide.

Final deliverables should include:

  • A new brochure template that aligns with our branding guide.
  • A set of finalized brochure designs based on the approved thumbnails and branding guide.

Mentorship

Students will connect directly with us for mentorship throughout the project. We will be able to provide answers to questions such as:

  • Are there any themes or colors that should be introduced?
  • What images, quotes, or taglines should be included in each design asset?
  • Input on choices, problems or anything else the students might encounter.
