EmotionalDNA: At Magid we’ve mapped the emotional tonality of video content across all networks and platforms. Students can utilize this survey-based dataset to develop true business applications. There is an increasing demand within global media to find new and innovative ways to recommend, market and substitute content. We see the value in sharing our emotional attributes, evaluation and engagement data with educational institutions to push models into the future.

We would like to see our data used in the following ways:

  • Use clustering methods to create new genres based on emotional data
  • Create a recommendation engine based on emotionally similar content
  • Predict review scores and evaluation based on emotional strength
