We would like to collaborate with students to plan a fundraising event to help meet our goals.
This will involve several different steps for the students, including:
- Familiarizing themselves with our mission, values and goals.
- Estimating and establishing the budget of the fundraising event.
- Creating a plan of action and a detailed list of organizations to approach for sponsorship.
- Assisting in contacting organizations for sponsorship either by telephone or email.
Bonus steps in the process would also include:
- Recommending improvements for future fundraising of events.
By the end of the project, students should demonstrate:
- Understanding of our mission, values and goals
- Establishment of the event budget
- Creation of a plan of action
Bonus steps would include:
- Recommending areas of improvement for future events
Final deliverables should include
- List of organizations for sponsorships
- At least one organization committed to sponsorship.
Providing specialized, in-depth knowledge and general industry insights for a comprehensive understanding.
Sharing knowledge in specific technical skills, techniques, methodologies required for the project.
Direct involvement in project tasks, offering guidance, and demonstrating techniques.
Providing access to necessary tools, software, and resources required for project completion.
Scheduled check-ins to discuss progress, address challenges, and provide feedback.
