Corporation looking for 4 interns to help with upcoming event:

Event planning students/courses strongly encouraged to apply.

General Tasks Include:

• Help attract corporate sponsors for upcoming event
• submit and followup with press release
• special invitations
• help create "buzz" about event
• help make arrangements with catering company for upcoming event
• followup on emails from event account
• post on social media accounts about event
• contact organizations to inform
• create relevant social media posts (will work with market research assistants)
• ensure compliance of regulatory laws by calling licensing offices
• remotely find assistants or interns that can help with sewing locally
• help book entertainment
• help get deco and seating
• looking for and applying for eligible funding
• Contributes ideas in brainstorming/idea sessions
• etc

Whatever is needed.
