The primary objective of this research and development internship for a restaurant is to empower students to actively contribute to the restaurant's growth and innovation. The goal is to provide an immersive experience where interns can apply their skills in research, development, and operational enhancement within the dynamic context of a restaurant setting.
Key Tasks
- Conduct research to identify emerging food trends, customer preferences, and industry innovations.
- Analyze data to make informed recommendations for menu updates and culinary offerings.
- Plan and execute specialized culinary events, such as themed dinners, chef collaborations, or tasting sessions.
- Work closely with the staff and other interns to brainstorm, propose, and develop new menu items.
- Ensure that the menu reflects current trends, aligns with the restaurant's brand, and meets customer expectations.
- Interns are expected to document their contributions, including menu creations, event planning details, and operational improvements.
We will be offering students support from staff members and the owner during the duration of the project. They will have personal mentors to guide and support students, which they can reach out to whenever they need assistance completing a certain task. We will also have meetings with them and introduce them to our overall operations.

We are an upscale, and quick service restaurant with specializing cooking technique known as Sous Vide. We have a unique style of cuisine known as "fast-fine," meaning that we we utilize our cooking methods to ensure that we meet fine dining standards while also providing efficient service.
