POP 49 Inc. is seeking to enhance the efficiency of its product manufacturing processes. The current production line has been identified as having several bottlenecks and areas where resources are not being utilized optimally. The goal of this project is to analyze the existing manufacturing workflow, identify inefficiencies, and propose actionable strategies for improvement. This will involve a thorough examination of current processes, data collection, and the application of lean manufacturing principles. The project aims to reduce waste, improve throughput, and ultimately lower production costs while maintaining product quality.



Tasks include:


- Mapping out the current manufacturing process.


- Identifying key areas of inefficiency.


- Proposing specific improvements and strategies.


- Developing an implementation plan for the proposed solutions.

Deliverables

The deliverables for this project will include a comprehensive report and a presentation. The report should detail the current state of the manufacturing processes, identified inefficiencies, and proposed improvements. Additionally, a step-by-step implementation plan for the recommended strategies should be included. The presentation will summarize the findings and recommendations, providing a clear and concise overview for stakeholders.
