Justice Chatbot Inc. is seeking to enhance its online presence by revamping its existing WordPress website to improve user experience and ensure seamless integration with its Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system. The current website lacks efficient connectivity with the CRM, which hinders the company's ability to track customer interactions and manage leads effectively. Additionally, the website's integration with social media platforms is suboptimal, limiting the company's ability to leverage social media efforts for broader engagement. The goal of this project is to redesign the website to ensure robust CRM connectivity and enhance social media integration, thereby aligning the website with the company's digital marketing strategy. This project will allow learners to apply their knowledge of web development, CRM systems, and digital marketing strategies.

Deliverables

The project deliverables will include a redesigned WordPress website with improved user interface and experience, ensuring seamless integration with the company's CRM system. Additionally, the website will feature enhanced social media integration capabilities. The team will provide a comprehensive report detailing the changes made, the integration process, and recommendations for future improvements. Deliverables will include:
