Project Description: This project aims to analyze and optimize the CRM systems (Podio and Contractor Foreman) used across three businesses: Canadian Smart Savings Heating and Cooling, Michael the Home Buyer, and MTC Renovations. The primary focus will be on identifying areas for improvement, streamlining processes, and integrating automation to make the CRM systems more efficient and effective for each business. A specific goal for Michael the Home Buyer is to develop a faster, more efficient, and automated solution for analyzing potential property investments based on certain criteria, currently done using Excel.

Project Requirements:

  • Knowledge of CRM systems, preferably Podio and Contractor Foreman
  • Data analysis and process optimization skills
  • Familiarity with automation tools and AI platforms
  • Strong problem-solving abilities
  • Background in software development, IT security, networking, or other relevant fields


Deliverables

  • A comprehensive report on the analysis of the CRM systems, identifying strengths, weaknesses, and areas for improvement
