To increase our service quality, client retention rate, and client satisfaction score, we’ve designed a 3 phase project around consulting / services development.
In completing this project, we’re looking for one student with a strong background in human resources and marketing paired with analytical problem-solving skills and fantastic communication skills.
This phase is about developing strong curriculum to strengthen our client services.
As this is a 3 phase project, the preference will be given to a student who's looking to complete all 3 phases with us (contingent on how well we work together, of course).
Depending on their existing skills, background knowledge, and availability, the student may engage in some or all of the following:
- Creating and drafting curriculum materials
- Review our services/product operations components such as instructional design, client management workflow, communications protocol, solutions design process, onboarding process, etc
- Developing recommendations on the existing processes while identifying rooms for improvement / missing workflows
- Assist with services operations tasks such as research, analysis, solutions development, beta testing
- Assist with client management tasks such as creating client deliverables, attending client meetings, organizing client notes, administrative work, creating client profiles, compiling case studies
- Assist in internal consulting tasks such as strategy audit, project brief creation
Deliverable:
- One full curriculum created
- Process improvement program sponsored by the company
- Asynchronous check-in via Slack
- 1:1 check-in's (weekly basis unless otherwise arranged, about an hour long)
- Working in virtual HQ together in case there are ad-hoc questions, on-the-spot brainstorming / tutorials etc
- Training sessions (as needed)
- Optional development workshops
