Picture yourself as a programmer working for our company to help us develop our game.


This is a very exciting time to join us.


For your consideration, our multiplayer game is made on the Unreal Engine. We can produce real-time gameplay with our deep character development, which lends itself to streaming Television quality right in the game engine.


You will gain, manage, and build a reputation for mastering this organized freedom we’ve designed in gameplay.


We’ve got a great UE5 video game design in the making and connected Game marketplace design, great characters, and an interactive, epic story. We have an amazing core team, and you can run around in the game with us and also be blown away by the visuals, audio, and gameplay we have achieved at this early stage.


Outcomes

Your challenge submission can be an interactive mock-up, flat wireframes, a functional website, a Photoshop file, or a document - whatever gets your vision and ideas across.


Please feel free to be creative and depart from the design of the rest of the game if you choose, but submissions that take into consideration our branding will be assessed more favorably.


Be considered for our C++ Computer Science Gameplay Programmer team.

Deliverables

By the end of the project, students should demonstrate:

- Understanding of the company's existing code plans and the ability to build out a codebase.

- Understanding of variables that affect the performance of the game systems

-      Optimization of code, animation and art systems.

 

Identification of areas for future improvement of the system.

Bonus steps would include:

- Testing the developed system with users and adjusting performance.

Final deliverables should include:

- All source code.

- A written report explaining the design process and outcomes.

Mentorship

Team meetings, leadership guidance, review of reports, follow-up events.

Students will be regularly reviewed and directed each time they interact.
