Details

We would like to work with students to handle the writing/editing for a new website for our Social Enterprise Startup - Carib.Farm.

Deliverables

Students should be prepared to:

  • Developing storytelling and writing for our new website
  • Prepare project plan, with milestones and timeline
  • Journalism tasks such as writing stories, news layout, researching, interviewing, editing in print or online
  • Communication tasks in writing, editing, research or a combination of these three
Mentorship

  • Define the project scope up front to the best of our abilities, with limited scope changes once students are approved for the project.
  • Review student applications and accept or decline applications within 14 days.
  • Provide ongoing support, mentorship and supervision to students throughout the project.
  • Be available for a discussion with the MacEwan and Level UP team to initiate your relationship and confirm your scope in an appropriate fit for the internship.
  • We will have regular bi-weekly virtual meetings with students
