The main objective of the "Business Admin for Mid Term Rental Properties" project is to enhance various aspects of business operations and development within the company. Students will be tasked with specific roles based on their educational backgrounds, such as administrative tasks, social media, event planning, sales, sponsor scouting, concierge service, or grant research.


This will involve several different steps for the learners, including:


  • Administrative tasks, which may include event planning for 2-3 events and social media marketing
  • The Sales role will focus on increasing lead generation and talent acquisition through targeted outreach and communication strategies.
  • The Sponsor scout role will identify and secure sponsorship opportunities
  • The Concierge Service role will research and establish partnerships with relevant companies.
  • The Grant Research role will be responsible for identifying and applying for applicable grants to support the company's initiatives.


Deliverables


- Developing templates and guidelines for creating flyers and presentations that align with the company's branding and messaging and other social media marketing


- Collaborating with the company to understand the specific requirements and goals for the monthly events and conducting various administrative tasks as needed per project


- Conducting market research and developing outreach strategies


- Networking with potential partners or sponsors


- Prepare grant proposals and collaborate with internal teams to align project objectives with company goals.


By successfully completing these activities, students are expected to contribute to the company's growth, enhance its brand presence, and establish valuable partnerships that drive business success.




Mentorship

I'll provide guidance through each phase of the project, offering insights, resources, and feedback tailored to individual needs. Additionally, I'll be available for regular check-ins and Q&A sessions to ensure students stay on track and overcome any obstacles they encounter.
