We need an online course that will introduce employees to their roles, take employees through all start-up resources, and provide our founder with standardized feedback and data about employee progress.
We would like to automate our onboarding process for our business and reduce the time spent by our founder on repetitive onboarding tasks.
Develop an on-boarding process for our small zero waste grocery store with a written report of recommended next steps.
Students will connect directly with our founder and staff during this process.
About the company
PickEco Refills is a zero waste grocery store in Chilliwack BC. We are more than a retail store, we are a hub for environmental activism and education. Our goal is simple: reduce the amount of plastic that ends up in our lakes, rivers and oceans. We have several approaches to this goal, and the first step is always education and prevention.
