This system should be able to track customer interactions, manage customer data, and provide insights into customer behavior. The system should also be able to integrate with other existing systems, such as the Learning Management System (LMS) and the multimedia library.
By the end of the project, students should demonstrate:
- Understanding of customer relationship management systems and their components.
- Ability to design and develop a CRM system that meets the needs of small to medium-sized businesses.
- Ability to integrate the CRM system with existing systems, such as the LMS and multimedia library.
- Ability to test and troubleshoot the system.
Final deliverables should include:
- All source code.
- A written report explaining the design process and outcomes.
To assist the students our company will provide:
- A needs assessment listing the required capabilities / use cases.
- Screenshots of our existing software with mark-ups showing Pros and Cons.
- Access to software licenses needed to develop the CRM.
- Datasets to upload to the CRM to test functionality.
- Weekly project management meetings.
- A project management platform to help keep the development team organized.
