As a 3D artist at our video game company, your primary goal will be to create realistic characters and environments that enhance the player's immersion in the game world. You will be responsible for designing and modeling high-quality 3D assets that meet the technical and artistic standards of the project. This will require a strong understanding of 3D modeling techniques, as well as a keen eye for detail and realism.

To complete the goal of creating realistic 3D characters and environments, the students may need to complete the following tasks:

• Design and model new 3D characters using 3D modeling software, following the project's art style and technical requirements. This may involve sculpting high-resolution models, creating UV maps, and setting up materials and shaders.
• Design and model a new map or location for the game, including buildings, terrain, vegetation, and other environmental assets.
• Work with the art team to integrate the new characters and environments into the game, using tools such as a game engine or asset pipeline.
• Collaborate with the design team to ensure that the characters and environments meet the gameplay and narrative needs of the project.

As the founder of the company, I will support the 3D artist students by providing them with clear goals, expectations, and deadlines for their work. I will offer guidance and mentorship as they develop their skills and knowledge, including providing feedback on their work, sharing industry best practices, and helping them to troubleshoot any issues they encounter.
