We would like to collaborate with students to create diversity and inclusion training
This will involve several different steps for the students, including:
- Conducting a needs analysis
- Defining diversity goals and objectives for our organization and the training.
- Creating diversity and inclusion training appropriate for our sector
- Roll out plan of training for current and new employees
Bonus steps in the process would also include:
- Identifying this training as part of a larger diversity and inclusion strategy.
- Providing training evaluation for trainees
By the end of the project, students should demonstrate:
- Need of the organization as it relates to knowledge gaps of diversity and inclusion
- Tools to train and inform staff
- Roll out plan for new and existing staff.
Final deliverables should include
- Training materials
- A presentation.
Students will connect directly with us for mentorship throughout the project. We will be able to provide answers to questions such as:
- Our human resources initiatives
- Input on choices, problems or anything else the students might encounter.
