Details

Our company has dozens of employees with diverse backgrounds and experiences. We want to create an inclusive workplace where everyone feels valued.

We would like to collaborate with students to create diversity and inclusion training

This will involve several different steps for the students, including:

  • Conducting a needs analysis
  • Defining diversity goals and objectives for our organization and the training.
  • Creating diversity and inclusion training appropriate for our sector
  • Roll out plan of training for current and new employees

Bonus steps in the process would also include:

  • Identifying this training as part of a larger diversity and inclusion strategy.
  • Providing training evaluation for trainees
Deliverables

By the end of the project, students should demonstrate:

  • Need of the organization as it relates to knowledge gaps of diversity and inclusion
  • Tools to train and inform staff
  • Roll out plan for new and existing staff.

Final deliverables should include
