Engage, support and mentor our Beta users and Community Ambassadors on strategies to help build community participation, connections and content sharing.
Support content engagement and member collaboration on the digital Community.
- Create a welcome message for community members in order to deliver a high touch experience that supports each new member through a streamlined onboarding process
- Community listening and management: Grow and nurture our community and ensure that everything we do is grounded in member's needs, applying understanding using data analytics and insights
- Create processes to assist partners and collaborators to post Community content - answer related questions and create guidelines on how to use our Community platform.
- Create processes to encourage member participation as we build beta version of the community; such as member polls and questions, surveys and more.
- Collaborate with the community launch team
- Provide feedback to the student in order to assess their professionalism and the completion of objectives.
- A representative of the company will be available for a pre-selection discussion with the administrator of the internship program to review the project scope.
- A representative of the company will be available to answer questions from students in a timely manner for the duration of the project - implementing "mentor office hours" and a team Slack channel for regular team communication
- An supervisor will be assigned to the student to provide a performance evaluation of the student if necessary.
