Project: Human City is developing a Wellness AI aimed at enhancing user well-being through fitness and other wellness elements. The goal of this project is to assess how various fitness metrics and wellness elements can be effectively measured and displayed to the user. The project will involve researching existing fitness metrics, identifying key wellness elements, and designing a user-friendly dashboard that integrates these metrics. The team will need to ensure that the dashboard is intuitive, visually appealing, and provides actionable insights to users. This project will allow learners to apply their knowledge of data analysis, user interface design, and wellness concepts to create a practical tool that can be used in real-world applications.

Deliverables

- A comprehensive report detailing the research on existing fitness metrics and key wellness elements.
