RS Domes is committed to maintaining high standards of quality in its operations. The company has a QMS in place, but it needs to be reviewed to ensure full integration, consistency, and alignment with ISO standards. The goal of this project is to carefully examine the existing QMS documents, identify any discrepancies or areas for improvement, and provide actionable feedback. This project will allow learners to apply their knowledge of quality management principles and ISO standards in a real-world context, enhancing their understanding of how these systems function within an organization.

Key tasks include:

- Reviewing existing QMS documents for consistency and completeness.

- Comparing the current QMS with ISO standards to identify gaps.

- Providing detailed feedback and recommendations for improvements.

- Ensuring that all documents are fully integrated and aligned with ISO requirements.

The project will be conducted in two stages:

1. First Stage: Provide a comprehensive report evaluating the QMS documents, ensuring integration and alignment with ISO standards.
2. Second Stage: Revise the documents based on the findings in the report. The documents consist of seven main sections, including top-level documents, processes, procedures, and forms.
