Working with IITTI gave me an ideal platform to implement my skills related to employee engagement assessment while measuring Civility Index metrics. The employer replied in a prompt fashion to questions while giving specific constructive suggestions which enhanced project effectiveness.
My appreciation was highest for the practical HR evaluation frameworks during this experience because they strengthened my ability to analyze and make decisions. Periodic check-ins added as a new feature throughout the project would help achieve better alignment and results by obtaining regular feedback.
As a participant I found this job to be both beneficial and educational therefore I strongly suggest that upcoming candidates choose this employer.
