The project was pretty straightforward, and I think I gained a lot of insights on effective and professional communication in the workplace. It allowed me to delve more into social media from inside a company, and how much that differs from my own personal social media page. It was a really cool experience overall!

This was my first experience with Riipen. Overall, the time I've had with this project has been great. We had weekly meetings where we went over the tasks/responsibilities for each team member, and we were set to work mostly autonomously for the week. There was a bit of a learning curve when I first began, but the people at Mid Term Rentals were very patient with me and it was easy to communicate with them. They always encouraged me to try new things and made sure to give feedback. They were also considerate of my time and made sure I was given enough to complete the tasks.
