Students will research, analyze, and reimagine the existing tender workflows at Wouessi Digital, focusing on enhancing efficiency, automation, and ease of use. In addition to the technical solution, students will develop key procurement documentation such as RFPs and RFQs to ensure the process is compliant and aligned with best industry practices. The project will culminate in the presentation of a fully developed solution that addresses current challenges while improving overall business operations.

Project Coordinator-Wouessi Inc.

The project coordinator role aims to ensure the successful delivery of in-house task deliverables/projects by effectively coordinating and managing all aspects of project execution and facilitating communication between stakeholders. This entails creating a detailed project plan, providing regular progress reports, documenting discussions and decisions through meeting minutes, and outlining a communication plan to ensure effective stakeholder engagement. By the project's conclusion, the successful candidate will have demonstrated their ability to effectively coordinate and manage in-house projects, resulting in the successful delivery of high-quality solutions that meet or exceed expectations.
