These projects aim to strengthen your social media presence with an assessment conducted by Information Systems students who will review your company’s social media presence to ensure consistent branding and messaging across various platforms.

Expected outcomes and deliverables

Students will produce a report and a presentation of their recommendations for amendments to the company’s social media platforms, and then suggest a strategy for the organization to go forward. Students may also recommend the addition of new platforms to the company’s social media inventory.

Project Examples

Students will interview company stakeholders to learn about the company’s history, projects, innovations, products and services, and other content essential to the company’s brand. Students will review current social media platforms for design, essential elements, and messaging, and make appropriate suggestions for improvements with the possible addition of extra platforms.

Examples include but are not limited to the following:

  • Assessment of essential elements such as social media platform (i.e. Twitter, Facebook)
    • Products and services offered
    • Photos and videos of past projects
    • Advancements in the industry
  • Client testimonials
  • Collection and integration of media and press coverage
  • Collection and integration of industry certifications

A strong social media presence is essential for any company. Students can help you leverage your social media platforms to drive traffic to your site and win clients.

Companies must answer the following questions to submit a match request to this experience:
