We are seeking business partners to work collaboratively and share different insights into business problems with students studying accounting, logistics and IT . These students are 4th year undergraduate students in their final year of study. The students have gained exposure to real life business problems from their 12 month placement in the workforce and have developed problem solving skills which can be applied to the identification of innovative solutions to business problems.

Project Examples

Students will be working on providing innovative business solutions to a business challenge or opportunity of your choosing. Past examples include:

  1. Developing financial models and forecasts to identify innovation opportunities in pricing and cost structures.
  2. Industry and market analysis to identify emerging innovation opportunities for fertilizer manufacturers.
  3. Tracking and evaluating competitor innovation developments in fraud risk assessment and monitoring.
  4. Development of business case to support a Fintech startup.
  5. Review existing accounting systems for a large business and develop recommendations for improvements.
  6. Designing IT solutions for the retail sector.
  7. Analyzing logistics and supply chain cost structures of a national trucking company.

Companies must answer the following questions to submit a match request to this experience:

Provide a dedicated contact who is available to answer periodic emails or phone calls from students over the duration of the project to address students' questions.
