Learner goals and capabilities

The University Canada West Graduate Practicum Program (GPP) connects you with MBA students to hire (paid, unpaid, or stipend based) for 12-20 hours per week in conjunction with their 12 week exit course (WORK-601). We are placing 35 students across 6-8 roles (Business Analytics, Finance, Project Management, Management Consulting, HR, Marketing) for the Summer Term spanning July-September.

To participate, submit our employer form here and we will email you our candidates' resumes in late May to recruit and screen at your discretion for a one month period.

Throughout the Work Integrated Learning experience, students spend most of their course hours working directly within your company, and additional time in the classroom honing their skills in Communication, Understanding Your Enterprise, Comparative & Industry Analysis, and Canadian Workplace Etiquette based on their experience with you.

We look forward to your participation.
