Marketing Communication

Each group of students will work to create a complete integrated marketing communications campaign for a company/organization/non-for-profit. They will do a significant amount of research to acquire information about the organization, competitors, environment which will help them design a campaign that is tailored to company’ needs. The goals and the budget for the marketing communications campaign is provided by the organization.

Students can provide recommendations on developing a pay and/or benefits system that is a good fit for your organization and helps attract and retain good workers.
Human Resource Management Class - Experiential Learning Project

This Canadian class looks at effective human resource management. Topics include performance management, recruitment and selection, job analysis and job design, employee rights and discipline, equity and diversity, compensation and labour relations.
