The project aims to support the language acquisition of immigrant youth in Quebec and Ghana, with a focus on inclusiveness, holistic educational support, and economic viability.
- Develop a social media campaign strategy targeting immigrant youth in Quebec and Ghana.
- Update the company's website to include resources and information related to French language acquisition through performing and visual arts.
- Create educational instructional material adaptable to French language acquisition using the means and modalities of the performing arts and visual arts.
- Create project management models that may be used locally and internationally
- Grant writing models and resources for finding appropriate funds for a non-profit
- Interview and discuss areas of interest, time management , meeting dates and content delivery.
- Encourage team work where necessary, meetings to share each students data with working group
- Workshop on cross-cultural sensitivity.
- Set timelines and give guidelines on expected outcomes
- Ensure that student knowledge base experience and interest are comparable with the needs of this non-profit.

Les Passerelles Globale-BRIDGES is an Educational Support, international organization working in Quebec, ca. and Ghana West Africa.
We provide holistic French Language afterschool, weekends and during the summer to:
1. Newly arrived young Black immigrants and their parents, to their French education succeeding in culture, inclusiveness, academic retention . (see Bill 101 in Quebec)
2. LPG provides French Language Support to Children and youth in Ghana west Africa. (see Language education Laws 2020)
3. We employ professionals, students and volunteers to help to advance this project
4. LPG uses the visual and performing arts as multi-sensory and multi-intelligence strategies to motivate the acquisition and mastery of the French Language.
